Hello forum
We have reserved a plot of land and are now planning together with our preferred construction company. Currently, we have not signed anything yet, but the planning is already quite advanced, as are the discussions with the bank regarding financing.
Since after the initial planning and signing there will be another phase in which the detailed planning is done together with an architect from the company, I would appreciate feedback that we could still take into account.
Thank you very, very much.

Why is the design as it is now?
What is the most important/basic question about the floor plan summarized in 130 characters?
Still important

[*]Is the dining/living area sufficient for a large dining table (in front of the windows) and couch etc. on the right in the niche before the wall to the corridor?

[*]The floor plan in the picture with the location of the house and the plot is no longer current but is the same in terms of area and location as the current plan.
