Hello dear like-minded people,

we have now finished our floor plan and are wondering whether we have "considered" everything or if there would still be improvements?

We are looking forward to your opinion!!

Just quick because I have to leave soon: I would paint the pantry and add the area plus the tiny office below to it. The pantry doesn’t bring much (with sensible furnishing of the kitchen you can fit everything there as well) and the office can also be used as such ;)

What is the small room next to the office for?

A bit differently than j.bautsch, I would combine the office with the room and make a useful pantry (where cleaning supplies can also be stored). Definitely save a wall.

Do you have a basement? If not, the space under the stairs can be used well as a cloakroom.

the chamber is the WC ;) I would definitely leave it there and for the wardrobe, the huge entrance area is big enough I think :D

Yes, please fill out the pinned questionnaire and please upload the plans including the site plan in JPG format.

At first glance: a bedroom as a passage room is absolutely impractical. You have to constantly walk around a resting person. If you keep the light off out of consideration, there will be stubbed toes ;)

Regards

Good morning,

Thank you for the initial opinions.

No, a basement is not planned, and as j.batusch has already written, the entrance area is very spacious :)
The guest WC on the ground floor is cozy and sufficient for guests.
The pantry is to be enlarged so that a straight wall is inserted and the middle window is included. A vacuum cleaner, a freezer, etc. are also to be accommodated here...
The master bathroom in the bedroom is planned just for us parents; would it be more sensible to plan a larger bathroom instead? But then there would be only one shower in the entire house.

Here is the site plan... the north arrow is located on the floor plan document.
