I do not like some things at first glance.

Somehow too convoluted... Maybe the room arrangement makes sense, e.g. because of the cardinal directions, but maybe not - who knows except the OP.

Hi. Too many corners and edges, small rooms (felt-wise).
How many people live in the house? 2 adults and 1-2 children?
How many in the granny flat?
We are also building a single-family house with a granny flat but everything was planned "as needed."
I am more a fan of fewer rooms and large instead of many small rooms.
That's why we have, for example, for us (not including the granny flat) about 170 sqm with only 1 bedroom, 1 children's room, and 1 guest room/office.
