Floor plan of a single-family house with a gable roof approx. 200 sqm - successful?

Dear everyone,

we have been planning for a long time, but I still doubt whether we have the optimal floor plan.

The external dimensions are 13.40 x 9.7. We are 2 adults, 1 daughter, she should have a children's room with her own bathroom. Parents a "wellness bathroom with sauna. No basement. Therefore, the technology / laundry room must be accommodated on the ground floor or upper floor.

What do you notice, what tips do you have? I would be interested to know if you notice the same as I do. I look forward to all suggestions on what we can do better.

The access on the ground floor is optional. The bathroom is initially a guest toilet/bathroom. Later in old age, the bedroom could be relocated to the ground floor.
