House design
Who designed it:
- Do-it-yourself
What do you especially like? Why? Open kitchen & dining area, spacious ground floor, somewhat separated living room, large technical room (as basement replacement), spacious study, southwest terrace, efficient use of the plot
What do you not like? Why?: No direct access to the garden, little window area facing the garden, possibly too little parking space???
Price estimate according to architect/planner: not yet available
Personal price limit for the house, incl. fittings: 550k €
Preferred heating technology: trench collector, alternatively heat pump
If you have to give up, on which details/extensions
- can you give up: We tried to limit ourselves to the essentials (basement cancelled, carport alternative, optimal use of space in the upper floor, ...)
- can you not give up: number of rooms, spaciousness on the ground floor
Why did the design turn out as it is now? For example
A mix of many examples from the forum, online floor plans, own ideas
What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes? Efficient use of space in the upper floor and the plot
We are very much looking forward to your comments
