Floor plan / house construction planning - design

Hello,

what do you think of the rough draft of the house? Trash or usable? I'm not finished with the upper floor yet, so for now only the ground floor is shown.

About the house:
- 2 full floors, hip roof
- Ground floor: Hard to see in the pictures, 2 sliding doors (wardrobe and living room)
- Upper floor: Child1, Child2, bathroom, bedroom, utility room + storage room
- Attic: Heating

Interesting floor plan. I find the kitchen a bit cramped and with little storage space! Where will the sink and refrigerator go? The hallway is also a bit too narrow for me. Otherwise, I like it quite a bit. Something different.

Not really my thing. The living room is a walk-through room - no coziness comes in there. Narrow long corridors + stairs are also not very nice.

Hello, opposite the kitchen island (towards the stairs) there should be a 4m kitchen unit with refrigerator. The sink is planned on the kitchen island. There should also be a passage through the kitchen unit for the use of a small storage room under the stairs. Around the kitchen island there is a 1.10m passage on each side and the hallway passage is about 1.60m. From what measurement is it too small or too narrow?

Not really my thing. The living room is a walk-through room - so it doesn't feel cozy. Narrow long hallways + stairs aren't very nice either.

So more a matter of taste? :)

I believe that the whole area towards the equipment room becomes very dark, and the living room also feels somewhat like a cave. I also do not like the already mentioned pass-through character of the living room. Regarding the kitchen, I do not understand what the cooking island is supposed to be for.. who are you cooking for, the cat by the window? This is not more communicative than a standard kitchen.
