my draft of a single-family house as a retirement residence in the mountains. Who would like to say something about it?

Sorry, but that is hard to take seriously. Was this created for fun puzzling or do you seriously want to build? If yes, when?

Is there a development plan?

Do you already own the property?

Is it building land?

The question about the budget has not been answered. Without an answer, hardly anyone can help you here.

A real estate agent would probably say "extremely unique house, stand out from the crowd"...
Off to the round file and let someone plan who knows how to do it.

"Old age" and "mountains" don’t go well together. Unless you like taking the post bus to go shopping and are content with just a vet, as well as, being an Alm-Öhi, you don’t care much about hairdressers.
