Floor plan design - What do you think about this room layout?

if you have money and space, certainly nice ;) After all, a proud 240 m² Views and floor plan would be helpful - K3 has no windows, neither does the bathroom. Fireplace currently goes through the gallery?! Where is the wardrobe supposed to go? Surely the whole thing has a basement, right?

No cellar, cloakroom integrated into the stairs. Windows are not properly drawn yet, just like the chimney. The air space will not exist.

then possibly somewhat little storage space or room for technology and utility room. We have a similar room layout that we are currently working on - but with a smaller floor area (~165 m²) and one less room. I don’t know if you want to optimize it even smaller. If so: the bathroom is oversized at 17 m², very much corridor space: still almost 50 m². Otherwise, as I said, I like it.

That is a nice big cabin. You also have to maintain and keep it clean. But that's for you to decide.

At first glance, I find the utility room very, very small. Especially compared to the size of the house. Where do you want to wash and dry laundry? Where should the bicycles go? ...

Is this a city villa?

Corner window in the parents' bathroom? Where will the shower go, or is it just a bathtub?

In the living room, hardly any space for a cabinet. The TV seems a bit squeezed into the corner, and the dining table between the couch and the counter as well. This should be solvable differently given the size of the house.
