Good evening,
I had already posted my draft once. At that time, it was not quite finished yet.
Basically, I really like the room layout. What I don't like is the hallway. Maybe you have an idea how to design it better.
In the end, I thought a lot but did not come to a better result than this.
The floor-to-ceiling window in the bedroom will be replaced by a normal window. The balcony will be built with 3 round supports.

That was this project: - and now it already looks significantly downsized. However, back then there was an existing building to be seen. Has its further use been reconsidered since then?

Originally, I wanted to build this 4-family house, but that would be too big for the "small" plot and I would have needed 8 parking spaces. Since I didn't want to ruin the plot like that, I have now decided on the smaller version. The existing building will be demolished soon.

In my opinion, you have about 100m2 per residential unit. Why don't you divide the property and build a semi-detached house? Then place one house a bit deeper to stay more on the property. If I remember correctly, you want to live in the house yourself. Do you prefer upstairs or downstairs?
