Floor plan design for a modern new semi-detached house with 6m ceiling height and 239 sqm living area

The airspace is nonsense in my opinion.

I can't imagine that the single-story design will be achieved.

Make a third gable with a pitched roof and then use the window front. Then the upper part can be a bit smaller and the lower part without problems as well. No one needs a dance floor in the living area anyway.

I speak from experience. My airspace is now closed and a large room has been furnished. With a nice window front.

The acoustics were also extremely unpleasant.

What do you mean

Do you mean or do you now have 510 sqm of property?
What does the plot look like? Do you have a site plan showing the street, orientation, and the plot with the design? Which federal state is it?

Of course they are. But here there is a super long wall where no windows can be placed. The window side belongs to the common rooms. Some rooms have to be located on the fire wall. This is not a single-family house with 4 external walls! You simply cannot say "it would be an emergency solution" when it is clearly a solution.

However, an artificial second wall was created here into which no windows can be installed.
