Floor plan design bathroom 220 x 460 cm in the extension

Hello dear forum,
we are converting our ground floor bathroom in an extension of the old building. The room dimensions (clear measurements) are 220 cm x 460 cm. The door position and the sill heights of the windows are still variable. I have arrived at the following layout with my planning – but surely there are other good ideas?
Key info: Bathtub is a must. A double washbasin is rather not necessary, but the usable surface must be 120 cm wide to have storage space.

If you could maybe also explain the room below? And for how many people the bathroom is supposed to be used per day? Will it be the main bathroom? Guest bathroom? Preferences? How should the shower be designed?

Gladly - the hallway shown at the bottom is the corridor that divides the extension lengthwise into two rooms and leads to the garden exit. The second room (no longer in the frame) of the extension is the HT room. The partially shown room on the right is the utility room. The bathroom is supposed to be one of two bathrooms. One with a shower on the sleeping floor, the other on the ground floor. There is no guest bathroom. The shower should have a tiled wall, primarily to make the room appear a bit shorter. Dimensions 120 x 100 cm. Or more or less. Preferably only a glass door to simplify cleaning. Execution with a super shallow tub, since I don’t like standing on tiles - and cleaning grout. The bathroom is used by 3 people, but not at the same time, except when the child has to be soaked against their will again.
