As the title already indicates, we are planning a city villa with approximately 180m² and single-story construction. Since the two-thirds rule applies in Lower Saxony, we have to manage a bit with bay windows, a gallery, a terrace roof, and an entrance roof. We have a plot of land with a building window of 10m by 29m. I have now started sketching and would like to hear some opinions on it.
