Floor plan changes Suggestions/Ideas/Criticism

For our planned house, I have incorporated a few ideas and recorded them in drawings. Although it is not detailed, I still hope that one can find their way around. However, we think it will be too small, as we traced it 1:1 on a parking lot today and find that the basement (2 cars) and the living room are much too small. Nevertheless, I hope that you can help us and provide a few ideas/criticisms. It is to be a house in the style of a city villa with 2 full floors....

I would like to, but even if I download the floor plans myself, I cannot enlarge them enough to make even a somewhat reliable statement :(

Unfortunately, I can't see anything either. But we are currently planning a city villa. What are the exterior dimensions and what is the general idea of the layout?

For us: 8 x 10 m Basement Ground floor: living room, eat-in kitchen, office, guest bathroom (with shower), storage room Upper floor: 2 children's rooms, bedroom, storage room

What I definitely do not want is a spiral staircase; preferably a quarter-turn staircase.
