Floor plan bungalow with 145 sqm

Hello. I am planning (just in my head for now) to build a bungalow (not an angled bungalow) with 145 sqm in Kühlungsborn. It should have a separate dressing room No guest toilet Living/dining room separated Two children's rooms An office A utility room And a separate storage room (pantry). Now various providers already want the exact measurements of the rooms (the sqm size is not enough). Does anyone happen to have a floor plan with exact measurements? I would be very grateful for your help.

No bedroom for you (plural)? But a dressing room? No guest toilet?

Providers don't demand exact measurements. That seems very strange to me.
There are plenty of floor plans on the internet, maybe not with your specifications, but what is the forum community supposed to do now?
No one can make sense of the thoughts you have in your head. You say far too little.
