- What do you think of our plan (Carport is located in the north)?
- What could be optimized or where do you see problems?
- We also don't know yet whether we should go to the upper floor from the living area or from the entrance hall. What do you think about that?

Which porch?

Now I'll finally write it down too:

Quickly:
- I like the layout and the size
- The way to the pantry is too far and, given the fact that you also have a basement, impractical
- I find the children's rooms very spacious. Here I would see if I can redesign the upper floor a bit so that a parents' wing is created and the children get a small bathroom. I'm sure that ensures more family harmony than children's rooms that are just under 17m2.
- For obvious reasons, I would definitely not have the stairs go upstairs from the living room.

Which vestibule?

I obviously mean the anteroom.

I'm not really thrilled about always having to go through the kitchen from the entrance to get to the living room. And having the entrance to the house only from the garage corner isn't very chic either... even if there are two 911s parked there ;) - or am I reading the plan wrong.
