Hello ... we have designed our personal dream house based on our "wish list". However, since we are by no means professionals, I would like to ask for your opinions :)

The plot: Photo 2840/38

Briefly about the house:
- the walls by the stairs on the ground floor are sloping
- the terrace is half covered by extending the roof of the annex over the "tiles" (red ground)
- the front part of the garage + entrance is also covered
- windows have not yet been planned in detail (size, exact placement, ...)
- the utility room is mainly intended for storage and washing/hanging laundry

Thank you very much for your feedback :)

Unfortunately, I cannot upload the pictures, so here is the link:

Without measurements, it's more of a guessing game, I'll try the obvious:

- How do you get into the bedroom? I assume the door is missing and leads from the hallway?
- Swap the dressing room and bedroom, then the bedroom is no longer a walk-through room. The wall at the head of the bed collides with the window at the bottom of the plan anyway. What is the width of the dressing room? Looks quite narrow.
- A detached toilet definitely has advantages, but I would find a sink in that room important.

I have inserted the files for you and hope that they are easy to see on a normal screen. I have deleted the link!

Hello matte1987,

thanks for the feedback...

The missing dimensions are correct. Unfortunately, with the freeware version of Floorplanner, the dimensions cannot be exported :(
and yes, the bedroom door seems to have vanished :)

We deliberately planned the walk-in closet that way. We saw it at friends' and really like it. The walk-in closet is 190cm - 200cm wide (depending on where I actually place the wall).

We also discussed having a sink in the WC. There is one downstairs, but is it common to have one when the bathroom is right next to it?

What do you think of the ground floor? Or do you find anything that only "a layman" would do? Like significant architectural mistakes? :)

Without measurements, this is hardly possible.
Have you ever posted a plan at the HBF?
The needs are not written down, will this be a two-story building?

Basically: plan the possibility in the living room to be able to close the room with a sliding door or something similar! So position the windows better.
The bedroom is not considered, rather place the dressing room to the front and also adjust the windows.
The little corner in children's room 2 only increases the square meters and is otherwise not usable for children. Therefore, make children's room 2 the same as children's room 1 and make the closet area accessible to the whole family.

Use the toilet and then go out the door unwashed? A separate toilet (with sink) can be made, but I would make it accessible from the bathroom. This is easily possible here :)
