Hello everyone,

I would like to shut off the underfloor heating circuit in the basement anteroom for the winter, meaning no water should flow through it anymore. In the long run, the solution with a "clamp" is rather ugly ;) , so I would need some kind of "cap" that can be screwed on in such a way that the pin is permanently pressed in. Or how would one do this correctly?

Possibly a relatively silly question, but I simply can't come up with the name or term to be able to search for it... o_O The thread diameter is about 30mm, if that is relevant.

o_OJust put a control knob on it and turn it off. Wasn't there one on it?

You already know that you can also close or open actuators manually! Something like that is definitely in the [Bedienungsanleitung] that your heating engineer gave you. In mine, it explains how to manually close and open them.

Two circuits are controlled by a thermostat, so I can't really turn it down to zero... Or what do you mean by that?

If there was an electric actuator on it --> make it powerless?

Our towel radiator has a manual one, I can take a photo :D but what they are called o.O
