Finding suitable building land in Germany

Hello,

I am new here in the forum, since we have already built a house I have been thinking about building another one to rent it out and thus receive additional monthly pension.

Where in which areas of Germany is the building land cheap, while at the same time in a good location, both close to a city and a quieter landscape.

I would be very happy about suggestions.

A tip: A single-family house as an investment generates a terrible return. Either invest in a condominium or a multi-family house (better land utilization).

Then it should of course be a multi-family house, how does the two-family house opposite the condominium look?
