Financing options - questions upon questions

Hello, I have a question about financing.

To get financing as cheaply as possible, I would like to take advantage of various financing options.
This includes, of course, the KFW construction loan and possibly the KFW70.
My question: there are also subsidies from the region or the NRW.Bank. Can I use these in addition?
My place of residence is Rhein-Erft-Kreis.
Which funding programs can I apply for simultaneously, and which others are there?
And: Are there also subsidies only for the land, which is purchased separately? Or is it better to pay in cash here?

Many questions and above all many questions that go to the heart of the matter... so why don’t you discuss this with an independent financing broker you trust? Btw, the KfW loans are not limited like public funds.
