Financing - Loan agreement signed

Hello dear ones,

I will soon be a millionaire. Millionaire in debt.
We signed our loan agreement yesterday. I think we really got lucky with the terms. 1.73% (Mischzins) fixed for 25 years. I’m really happy. We now have a monthly burden of €2,200. Don’t be shocked, we borrowed €720,000. At this amount, it really makes you feel sick. But everything should be paid off after 25 years. Well, now the house just has to become nice. No, by the way, we’re not building a villa, just a semi-detached house!

Anyone involved in construction knows that you have to dig deep into your pockets for a villa in a sought-after location. We have 500k, we are not used to that yet. Maybe it will be cheaper overall, for now we are still emptying our own capital.
