Hello,

our house, a single-family home with a granny flat, is supposed to cost about €300,000. The plot is purchased, 670 sqm (€91,000), the house should be fully financed. Living space is about 160 sqm.
I was thinking of a KfW loan of €100,000, the rest as a loan. Is that sensible? Are there other options? The monthly repayment should be about €1,300 and special repayments must be possible. What interest rates are realistic for a minimum term of 20 years?
Offers are welcome! (We, a married couple, both civil servants with almost 2 children)

Thanks for advice
Maccus

The 300,000 euros refer only to the house price excluding the land - so together you are at 391,000 euros???

Conditions can be found out quite easily... ******

Yes, the 300k€ are to be borrowed. I just wanted to "inquire" what kind of interest rates one gets for a 20 or 30 year term....
