Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if we have an independent consultant for real estate financing from the Offenburg area (Baden) among us?
I am still a complete beginner in this field and now find myself (at least in my opinion) in a difficult situation :)

It concerns the purchase of a property (house / [Teilungsversteigerung]). I have had a few financing offers made. Despite lacking equity, I now have two offers in hand that are very different (1x bank, 1x [Bausparkasse]). For the respective consultants, of course, their offers are exactly the perfect ones for me. But now I would very much like an independent consultant / expert to take a look at everything.

I hope you can help me.

Thank you very much in advance!

Best regards from Baden

Consumer protection center or you post it here... The next advisor also wants to earn money and will offer HIS financing

Hello,

thank you very much for the response.
Yes, there is some truth to that. I have to be honest.. I don't even know if the "independent" advisor exists.. :) I will try to summarize the key data here as best as possible this evening. Because the bank loan itself is divided into three different loans again.

Thank you again!

Best regards

I don’t think there really is a fee-based advisor for construction financing... You can gather everything together and feel free to post your questions / concerns here. There are some types who will certainly answer them

Practice makes perfect. With us, the whole thing lasted 6 months. Over time, you get well into the subject. And then you can always ask here, there are a few clever people. :)

An independent consultant is based in Offenburg-Bohlsbach and is named Hansmann. He has arranged some construction financing within the family circle. The advice only costs money indirectly through the commissions he receives (at least that was the case for me). Whether he reads here in the forum, I do not know... ;-)

I hope this was neutral and unbiased enough not to violate forum rules.
