Hello everyone,

during the development of the plot, we came across the remains of an old barn (but this was known beforehand). Mainly foundations and bricks. The house will be built about 1 m above ground level. So I have to remove 40 cm of topsoil for the paths and then fill up to the desired height with fill sand and mineral mixture.

Now my question is whether I am allowed to bury the remains of the old barn there or if they have to be transported away at high cost?

Best regards

Addition:

It concerns about 5m³ of construction debris.
With 200m³ of required fill soil, it is therefore a very manageable amount.

Disposing of 5 m³ does not cost much.

As long as it is not contaminated construction rubble, I would say that it can be dumped there.

That's exactly what you use for that, only normally with the detour via a stone plant, where the stuff is crushed to certain grain sizes. However, it can also be processed in such an "irregular" way. Rubble as base material is completely professional.
