What is meant by "that"? So what are you afraid of regarding the construction site reports included in the price? I don’t quite understand the sentence.

I meant it like this: If I commission a geotechnical report privately before deciding on a construction company, which is not accepted by the respective construction company. That way I would pay twice. But I would be on the safe side.

Oh... well, I wouldn’t assume that it won’t be accepted, but I’m not sure if the price would be reduced by every contractor if you already have the report... so you would also be paying twice.

A geotechnical report is a geotechnical report. It depends on the soil, but not on the [BU].

A frost collar is needed. Where is it written that you have to have the same level as the neighbors?

I see it the same way, a geotechnical report is a geotechnical report! Most building contractors I have requested offers from so far have already included this in their service description. I just feared that I would not get it credited then. The amount would be manageable, but I could use the money better.

The neighbor has his ground floor at street level. Development plan: WH min/max: 4.5 meters

I think I don’t have much room to maneuver there.

That may well be the case!
