Fiber optic expansion: Earth drill stuck under the house

the guys who are doing the fiber optic expansion here went past the house connections with the earth rocket and I estimate that it went about 3-4m under the house. The house has no basement and I estimate that they ended up just in the lower part of the frost protection. Since this earth rocket cannot go backward, they are now digging after the cable of the earth rocket to get the thing out again. The dug hole is now about 1m deep below the floor slab and 1m wide under the house. But since they still have to go much further, I am afraid that they might undermine the house and that there could be a settlement or something like that. Can I forbid them from digging any further? Or am I worrying too much?

How is the ground beneath the house? Is there a [Bodengutachten]?

At least securing evidence and a clear clarification of liability issues would be advisable. As well as a structural engineering report by an expert at their expense. I believe then they will quickly abandon their rocket on the ground.. You should still have any damage to your frost protection checked.

Are you the client? I would have the work stopped immediately until the clearance of no objection. Who is the site manager, who is the structural engineer? I would contact them first.

We have been living in the newly built house for two years. As part of Telekom's fiber optic expansion, Telekom is now having fiber optic cables laid into the house on behalf of Telekom. This means I am the owner of the house, and Telekom has commissioned a subcontractor whose site manager I already know. I would first have to find a structural engineer or building expert.
