Feedback on floor plans

I would never do without a children's bathroom. We currently have a bathroom for 4 people and it is really not that nice. I am really looking forward to having my own bathroom.

As written... if the requirements are there, you have to respond to them, but not by shuffling walls...

Is construction also done with Viebrockhaus?
