Fee proposal for surveying services

What do you say about the following fees:

Height survey €730
Site plan €650
Construction survey incl. staking out of the construction project €700

all amounts without VAT.

Area Upper Bavaria, city.

Are the costs okay, or too expensive?
I can't assess....

Have to pay about 20% less in Brandenburg. I don't know what a construction survey is supposed to be (I myself trained as a surveyor), or rather, he won't want to survey the building shell for you. What is missing is the setting out for the cadastral office. In Brandenburg, the base slab is surveyed, and in Saxony-Anhalt the finished house (depending on the state).

A height profile should be made during the staking out.

1. Site plan including height plan
2. Rough and fine staking out (including height profile), although rough staking could possibly be done alone.
3. Surveying (depending on what applies in your federal state)
