Sorry for the misuse.... but I only noticed this yesterday and you as a walking encyclopedia might possibly know: What is going on with Katja? Hasn't been here since Juno

Katja received a warning for an obscene word (when commenting on the size of a children's room), was warned for it, then argued about it and was banned. That she then lost interest in enriching this forum should have been considered beforehand. The prospective builder of a 140 sqm bungalow in Brandenburg had (without link!) pointed to official information about a federal funding program, with a similar outcome; and our surveyor is also fed up by now, writing elsewhere: "... I have ended my activities as a thread there was deleted repeatedly without apparent reason and without explanation, and a discussion with admins or moderators is not possible there.". Well, a respectful treatment of key accounts is simply not given to everyone. I myself have Asperger's, but apparently am somewhat more compatible :-) But everything except the sausage has an end. A few weeks ago, I myself used a combination of several official formatting options (bold and colorful) in a complex post for clarity and was warned as if I had achieved that by tricks. We will see how much longer I will still be here. I do not want to elaborate on this any further here; my contact availability via classic email is now known anyway ;-)

Your questions have not been answered yet:

The children's rooms should have enough window area... it wouldn't look good optically.

Leave it like that. The sofa will always fit well. And the window will never be a disturbance.

Leave them out.

How long do you have such a family bed? I hope the bed will get narrower again when the kids reach school age. So it is only a transitional solution that you will probably manage with your age.

It is not furnished – those are architect placeholders.

Where? Have you already registered in the K ue ch en F or um? Have you already been to the kitchen planner?

If the OP is still reading here: I consider that clearly too little to realize the design shown here. From 700 K on, it seems possible to me with frugal wishes.

thanks. I had already missed the surveyor too. It's getting quiet here. The good ones are thinning out. Then I don't need to start my thread.
