Hey
We are currently looking at how to represent the sealing all around.
At the moment, we have a floor slab (strip foundations all around) with bitumen sheet as horizontal sealing and then the walls on top of that.
All around it's plastered including colored roughcast, beneath that down to about 30cm depth under the slab I now want to apply insulating coating and dimpled membrane, then later gravel splash protection in front of that.
I am a bit confused about the terrace window here.
Also paint the white area and then put a drainage channel in front of it? The window is fixed, so this is really only about "how to best let the rainwater drain".
