Hello,
I have no experience with this and am currently looking at a prefabricated house!
Wanted to ask for your opinion.

Exterior walls
From inside to outside
12.5mm gypsum fiberboard, climate and moisture regulating.
Vapor diffusion barrier
160mm timber frame structure, filled with environmentally friendly, thermal and sound insulating mineral insulation
12.5mm gypsum fiberboard, climate and moisture regulating

Plaster facade
100mm full thermal insulation board
Seamless applied on site, breathable silicone resin lightweight plaster as trowel plaster on mesh reinforcement layer, approx. 2mm thick.

Interior walls
12.5mm gypsum fiberboard, climate and moisture regulating
100mm thick load-bearing solid timber frame construction
80mm infill with environmentally friendly mineral insulation
12.5mm gypsum fiberboard, climate and moisture regulating.

What do you think?

At the moment, I am thinking about my weekend trip and whether I should possibly fire up the grill after mowing the lawn...

No, seriously: Could you please make your question a bit more specific?!

The question is whether this is a good construction

Personally, I would miss a stable layer between the gypsum fiberboard and the wooden frame for fastening purposes (e.g. OSB). Otherwise, hanging heavy things is not very enjoyable! The same problem with the exterior wall. Mineral insulation material also doesn't sound very healthy at first... Sounds like a very "cheap" provider?

well, you can secure quite a lot with 12.5mm gypsum fiber. Do not confuse it with gypsum board.
