Hello! The following, I am currently preparing the technical construction review before the construction application drawing is created and I have noticed the following in the initial drawing: The ETICS is dimensioned as 19 cm in the plan and the wall (calcium silicate brick) as 17.5 cm. However, the dimension of the ETICS is incorrect, it is only 18 cm. The external dimension of the house corresponds to the shell construction dimension specified in the contract documents. In my opinion, the plaster (neither inside nor outside) is part of the shell dimensions in a plan. In other words, someone has cheated here and stolen 2 cm, because the external plaster should also be added outside(!) to the shell dimension. Is that correct?
