Hello everyone,
I need your help.
We bought a semi-detached house from a municipal housing association (NRW) 4 years ago.
After 4 years, we noticed that the white exterior plaster facade on the weather-exposed side has lost its paint in several places.
After a long back-and-forth, the company has now decided to renew the weather-exposed side free of charge with a new primer coat and then a topcoat.
The company writes to me that the offer was made as a gesture of goodwill – without acknowledgment of a legal obligation – even though we are still within the 5-year period.
Now, of course, we have the problem that the other two exterior sides still have the "old" paint after 4 years, and of course that doesn’t look nice.
Do we have a possibility to make the company paint all sides?
Thanks in advance for the help
Best regards
Peter
