Extension of windbreak and thermal bridge

Hello,
we have a windbreak in front of our house entrance made completely of 36.5 Ytong with a connection to the garage. Now we would like to install windows and a door in this extension, installing underfloor heating is possible.

Currently, we have a major thermal bridge due to the lintel and concrete ceiling, the roof is insulated.
If we apply a PUR facade insulation with 30mm, would this be sufficient?

I consider 30mm to be too little! Without calculating it, I would take at least 50-60 mm, the price difference should not be that big due to the small areas.

Thank you very much for the answer. Unfortunately, the parapet protrudes 5.5cm, which no longer allows it, plaster still has to be applied. Alternatively, another finishing sheet would have to be mounted under the parapet to enable the 60mm. Is this bur
