And one more question: It is said that the key date is the day of the purchase contract, building application, or earliest possible start of construction. Which day applies to the builder? Purchase contract with the BU? Building application?
The key date is not that of the building application, but the building permit!
If it is granted by the end of March 2021, you are entitled to the subsidy.
Is it actually allowed to make changes to the house after the building permit? Height, width, length presumably not, but the rest they probably don't really care about, right?
