Hello everyone,
when browsing through something like this in the forum, I am quite embarrassed at how deeply everyone has already dealt with the subject and I am still very much at the beginning.
We would like to build a bungalow that is supposed to be quite energy efficient. So house design, roof shape (shed roof with full south orientation) and room layout are planned very much for multiple use and optimal utilization. The Kfw consideration interests me less, as it partly seems more like creative accounting (at least that's my impression). We want to build with prefabricated parts (timber panel construction) and also free of harmful substances. For the selection of materials and companies, there are not so many left. Photovoltaics should go on the roof, 1-2 wind turbines in the very large garden (yes, there is a lot to consider) and possibly an additional solar system to help with heating.
Now to my problem: Where can I get independent advice on the best possible (within my ideas) heating system for our house, independent of a specialist? Specialists from manufacturer X or Y only promote their products.
Whether underfloor heating or wall radiators is indifferent to us, I do NOT want fossil fuels, but also no geothermal or groundwater probes (i.e. drilling or similar). I also find a fireplace uninteresting, as I consider such things less romantic and more functional/cost-conscious. Ideally, the heating system should be coupled with or complement a home ventilation system, because otherwise I would be afraid of mold, etc. in such a highly sealed house.
Thanks for your advice.
