Hello everyone,
we are in the process of planning the house construction. It should be KfW55 or KfW70. For KfW55, we do not necessarily need a WRL, since the house is supplied with district heating and achieves KfW55 only through appropriate thermal insulation. (According to a statement from an employee of Stadtwerk, primary energy factor=0.43).
But I would like to have a ventilation system in the house, i.e. exhaust from the kitchen and bathroom and openings for fresh air in the bedrooms and living room (through the wall and soundproof filters) and all without heat recovery. What is your opinion on this?
If a pure ventilation system makes sense, is exhaust with the help of wind-driven fans feasible and effective?
I will look forward to your opinions.
