Experiences with Ikea box spring bed

I have had a self-assembled Ikea box spring bed for a week. The base is an evenskjer in 1.80 m width. With that, a hövag spring core mattress. I sleep very well on it. Box spring beds are usually much more expensive, should I worry about the quality? Has anyone had longer-term experiences? Does a topper tjömde improve the lying comfort?

at some point it will just be worn out... but well, that's just how it is.

however, I would have done it differently. buy individual mattresses and just put a big cover over them. it's more "American" and if something wears out, only the mattress needs to be replaced.
