Experiences with home builders in Dresden and surrounding areas

we are currently looking for a plot of land in Dresden or the surrounding area and I was wondering if by chance someone from this forum has built in "our" region and with whom? What were your experiences?

How far does your area extend from Dresden? :)

Well... It's mainly about the companies based "here" (from the "big ones" like Kern-Haus/Hanse etc. to the local ones like K&R) :)

Area maybe up to Meißen/Pirna/Wilsdruff.
