Experiences with builders for passive houses

I would like to have a single-family house (passive house) built turnkey this year. On the internet, you are overwhelmed by providers. Who has had positive experiences and with which providers. How high are the costs of a passive single-family house. A building plot of 298 sqm is available, but somewhat on a slope.

What do you understand by a PH? A "real" PH has "only" a heating demand of less than 15 kWh/(m²a) and a primary energy demand including hot water and household electricity of less than 120 kWh/(m²a). The costs of a PH are therefore not insignificant!

Hello Carlie, we also want to build and are still in the information and planning phase. No contracts have been signed yet and I think one should really take a lot of time before making a decision. We will most likely build a solid house and have found some suggestions and ideas on the internet. However, we have not yet obtained any concrete offers. Best regards!

I have a solid wood house with a 25 cm exterior wall and 10 cm wood fiber insulation and achieve a U-value of 0.17, almost passive house standard. The whole turnkey project cost me 1900 € /m² of living space. That was the best system I found and also the cheapest. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
