Has anyone here ever financed with this bank and can share their experiences?

We have completed with the bank. A very professional process so far, no comparison to [Spaßkasse], [Völkerbank], etc. We cannot say anything about the payout yet, as it is not yet time for us. Are you also civil servants? Because of that, the conditions were fantastic for us!
