Experience with plastic window interior decorative film?

Hello, for cost reasons we have now decided on plastic windows.

But I just can't look at the glossy white plastic. :-(

Has anyone ordered these new decorative films, and can show me experiences or pictures?

I was thinking of matte white or wood white.
If someone has that, I would be grateful for information.

Self-wrapped or what??? New windows? Not seriously?

Yourself? For God's sake. The foil is applied directly at the factory just like the foil on the outside (if colored windows have been chosen). This is supposed to be completely new. This way, from the inside, for example, you have a wood look or similar. It is meant to look astonishingly real.

Sure, we have wrapped the windows anthracite both inside and outside. Visually really nice. Our building inspector thought at first glance that they were wooden windows.

However, the foil is softer and more sensitive to scratches.
And dark is a disaster if proper masking is not done during construction - plaster and screed are very difficult to remove. That really cost us nerves.

But you want light anyway. The surfaces are just a bit more sensitive to impact.
