Davinci is also present in various model home parks, if I am not mistaken. But you surely realize that their prefabricated houses usually look quite different from the "normal" houses - and also cost completely different money, right?

a DaVinci model house is on display at the "Haus im Grünen" exhibition in Königs Wusterhausen, south of Berlin.

However, the Da Vinci company headquarters are by far not within a 200 km radius of Berlin - it’s more like around 600 km.

Thank you very much for the quick response! I was a bit confused because I only saw Munich, Frankfurt, etc. on the homepage....I guess I didn't look properly :-(. Well then, I will explore the model home park on Saturday. I hope they don't look completely different in reality...but I can let you know then.

but the one near Berlin is not a "classic" model house park. You should check the opening hours by phone in advance.

If you like Davinci, you could also take a look at Huf-Haus...
