Hello everyone,
we plan to build a single-family house with a double garage this year. The living area is 146m². All further details can be seen in the photo.
We now have an offer for the shell construction including all necessary work such as installation, excavation, foundation slab, scaffolding, etc.
It will be built solidly with 36.5cm Ecoton PL9 capped.
The foundation slab for the garage is also included. However, the masonry for it is not yet included in the offer.
We have now received an offer.
The total amount is
107,000€ without the roof.
To be able to compare everything even better, we ask for your experiences whether the amount is justified.
Further information is no problem.
The project is planned in the Lower Bavarian area.
