Estimate the cost of a single-family house with KFW 55 standard.

as I am now reading into the topic a little, I wanted to briefly use your knowledge for an assessment.

If we plan a single-family house with 115 sqm and KfW 55 standard on a concrete slab, will a calculation with €1800 per sqm be sufficient for us?

The house itself is actually quite simple because no bay windows or other special extras are desired.

And I would be interested to know what you think is the most likely way to achieve this, through a prefabricated house company, a developer, or with an architect?

First of all, fundamentally: people always like to talk about KfW 55, so it would be a metallic paint job for the car. Eff 55 is already a big deal. You really have to think about orientation, geometry, etc. of course, if you follow the principle "pimp-my-Energieeinsparverordnung.Nachweis-" then with a bit of solar everything works. Also the prices as above, 1800 can work, but doesn't have to.

Company, BT, architect, the BT is more likely to be GU/GÜ, unless you buy with the plot.

Eff 55 is definitely an overall package of house and technology. It will come down to the last two. If you believe a forum, which is not so welcome here (has a kind of traffic light color ) nothing works without an architect. But there are supposed to be good GU/GÜs as well....
