Epoxy coating damage steam bath ceiling

Hello, a ceiling was made in a steam bath with the following structure:
-Aquapanel board without joint
-Aquapanel filler
-Primalon PM 200
-Disbopox W447 2K universal resin

The coating shows some cracks and adhesion problems.
Does anyone have a renovation suggestion or materials suitable for reworking or for a new structure.

The universal resin is, according to the datasheet, only approved for mineral surfaces, not for GF panels. Cracking may occur at the GF panel joints if it is not possible to incorporate a joint cover/reinforcement strip into the joint filler. In addition, the glass fabric listed by the manufacturer of the universal resin would also possibly have had to be used.
