Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 - Still eligible for funding?

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question.
We sat down with a developer over the weekend.
He has an end-terrace house for us that was approved in December 2015.

Is it now possible to buy the house or have it built according to the old KfW 70 standard and still claim the KfW subsidy, or is that not possible?

Alternatively, one could go for the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016, but if I understand correctly, only KfW 50 is subsidized now, right?
