Hello.

I am interested in how one can look under the bathtub (no tile door. Probably a bathtub support made of styrofoam) to determine if there is water underneath.

Is there a small opening somewhere to insert an endoscope camera?

Possibly through the concealed fitting (which is mounted in a pre-wall element).

Everything is tiled. New construction.

There must be a way. In the past, with a tile door, it was very easy.

Thank you very much.

Inspection hatch.

Nowadays, tiles are cut out in the joint, work is done, and they can later be reinserted and secured.

That cannot be answered generally. There are different systems on the market, both for [Wannenträger] and for [Abflussrohren]. With fixed piping, the installation takes place from the side and is sealed after the leak test. With flexible piping, it is connected, lowered, leak tested, slightly raised for visual inspection, and then finally installed.
