Emsländer clinker white rough broken / experiences wanted

Hello,

we recently saw a reference house with the Emsländer brick in white (bruchrau 2DF) and found the look very nice. Now we are also interested in whether anyone has already had experience with the brick and if anything can be said about it? Possibly also something about prices/durability/processing etc.?

Is that even a clinker? - it seems to me rather a bossed sand-lime brick; sand-lime brick facing masonry is actually durable and attractive. How is the wall construction supposed to be anyway?

what would bother me: the impregnating, every 10 years. It of course also depends on the type of house, with a bungalow it's okay again :).
