Embankment or burying

Hello everyone,

we have purchased a plot of land and are currently starting with the architect.

Now we have two options at the beginning:

[*]bury one floor and thus level the terrain (lifting system necessary)
[*]embankment with L-walls --> level as much as possible

Further information:

[*]neighbors are present on the left (S) and right (N)
[*]at 3.6m (back, W) is a meadow
[*]at 0m (front, E) is the street

What would you recommend for this terrain?

I hope you really mean an independent architect. Is north really exactly at three o’clock? If I am correct, the building envelope starts about 6 meters from the street-side boundary. The development plan usually not only states from what severity the terrain modeling itself becomes a structure, but also, for example, specifies reference heights for the eaves and ridge. The information is somewhat incomplete to even partly give a qualified opinion. Despite the nearly exemplary drawing, photos wouldn’t hurt (please without erasing tricks, otherwise I’m out).
