Hi, I am looking around a bit and can’t find the right thing.

I’m not an electrician myself but know a bit about it. Before everyone freaks out, I’m only planning it and then will lay the cables myself. The electrician I trust will do the connections and power up.

I’m looking for software to plan an electronic installation with floor plan and levels, where I can then possibly export a table listing cable lengths, switches, sockets.

Home automation is done with Loxone and it then spits out the necessary components for me, neatly with prices, quantities, sorted by rooms/devices as Excel and that for free.

Regards

RED CAD is not bad - the price/performance ratio is very good, at least if you can finish within 3 months. Everything else I have tried so far was either too expensive or (significantly) more difficult to use.

However, if you want a free solution, Mein Bauplan from Voltus (Online Tool) would be a possible alternative.
